1. This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC for withdrawal of the main case.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner has submitted that the main case is now listed for 23.09.2024 and he wishes to withdraw the same and thus, prays for allowing of the application and for the preponement of the main case from 23.09.2024 to today itself.
3. On the other hand, learned State Counsel appears and accepts notice on behalf of non-applicant/State and has submitted that he has no objection in case the present application is allowed and the date of hearing in the main case is preponed from 23.09.2024 to today itself for final 1 of 2

4. For the reasons stated in the application and in view of no objection from the opposite side, the present application is allowed and the date of hearing in the main case is preponed from 23.09.2024 to today and the same is taken on Board today itself for final disposal.
