The appellants have come up in appeal against the judgement and

order dated 19.09.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge, whereby the writ

petition filed by the petitioner (respondent herein) was allowed by quashing the

order dated 20.11.2017 (Annexure P-2) and the order dated 01.01.2018

(Annexure P-3) denying him back-wages.
