Present civil revision petition has been filed with a prayer that

execution petition which was filed in October 2021 is still pending

consideration, the same is to be decided expeditiously so that decree-holder

does not suffer any prejudice even after getting a decree in his/her favour.

The reliance is being placed upon the judgment of the Hon'ble

Supreme Court of India in SLP (Civil) No.19654 of 2022 titled as Bhoj Raj

Garg vs. Goyal Education and Welfare Society and others decided on

18.11.2022 (Annexure P-5).

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone

through the record with his able assistance.
