VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) The instant petition has been instituted under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to release the due payment of Rs.1,46,81,830/ School Girls at Longowal, District Sangrur (Phase petitioner, alongwith interest @ 12% per annum.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to his grievance, the petitioner has submitted a representation have neither responded to the same nor have Notice of motion.
