The present revision petition has been filed challenging the

order dated 28.03.2019 passed by the Trial Court dismissing the application

filed under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC for amendment of plaint.

The suit in the present case was filed in the year 2017 for

permanent injunction for restraining the defendant from interfering in the

Management of the Shri Gurudwara Sahib Bhagat Ravidass and to demolish

earlier construction in the shape of a temple and to raise any further

construction in the premises of Gurudwara Sahib forcibly and illegally and

without due course of law.
