The present appeal has been filed by the claimant-appellants

challenging the award dated 25.01.2011 passed by the Motor Accident

Claims Tribunal, Rewari (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) whereby

an amount of Rs.6,14,800/- was awarded as compensation to the claimant-

appellants on account of death of Rajesh Kumar (hereinafter referred to as

the ‘deceased’) in a motor vehicle accident with a truck bearing registration
