Present civil revision has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 17.02.2025 (Annexure P-8) passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gurugram, whereby an application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.
