Instant petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, for setting aside order dated 10.01.2025, Annexure P-3, passed by the Family Court, Ferozepur, whereby an application, Annexure P-2, jointly filed by the parties for waiving off statutory period of six months under Section 13-B (2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short ‘HMA’) has been declined.
