ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL):

Vide order, being assailed, dated 10.05.2016, rendered by the

Additional District Judge, Sangrur, application moved by the appellants-

plaintiffs under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC, to injunct the defendants from

passing off or using the Trade Mark, Trade Name (Prbhu Darshan) or other

identical trade mark which is deceptively similar to the plaintiffs' Trade

Mark, was dismissed.

Having argued the matter at some length, learned counsel for

the appellants submits that let this appeal be disposed of only with a

direction to the learned Additional District Judge, to decide the suit within a

specified time.

That being so, the appeal is disposed of with a direction to the

learned Additional District Judge, Sangrur, who is seized of the matter, to

decide the suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six

months from the receipt
