The hearing of the case was held through video conferencing as

prayed by the learned counsels.

A young couple is before this Court.

An application has been filed for waiving off the cooling period of

six months between the first motion and the second motion provided in Section

13B(2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, in a petition filed for mutual divorce

under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, which has been dismissed

by the Family Court.

It has been pointed out that the parties are residing separately since

February, 2020. With the intervention of the respectables, the parties decided

to part their ways. A petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act,

1955, was filed on 04.10.2021. The Court recorded first motion on 04.10.2021

itself. The separate statement of the wife and the husband were recorded. The
