1. This is an application filed under Section 151 CPC for preponement of the date of hearing in the main case from 05.08.2025 to an early date.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner as well as learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 have jointly submitted that since, the matter has been compromised between the parties thus, the date of hearing in the main case be preponed to today and the same be allowed in terms of the compromise deed dated 26.05.2025.
3. Keeping in view the abovesaid facts and circumstances, the present application is allowed and the date of hearing in the main case is preponed from 05.08.2025 to today and is taken on Board today itself for final disposal.

1. This is an application filed under Section 151 CPC for placing on record the compromise deed dated 26.05.2025 effected between the parties as Annexure P-17 and for allowing the revision petition in terms of the compromise.
