Present Revision Petition has been filed by the defendant under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 27.03.2023 (Annexure P4) passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Panipat whereby application dated 08.12.2022 (Annexure P3) filed by the petitioners for additional evidence, has been dismissed.
