amount of Rs.11,50,000/- (Rupees Eleven Lacs Fifty Thousand only) and also a piece of agriculture land measuring 8 Kanals (One Acre), which will be transferred by the second party/respondent-father in the name of his minor son namely Alankrit as full and final settlement. This is agreed between both the parties that the above-said settlement will be as a full and final settlement which will be given/paid by the second party towards permanent alimony and maintenance (past, present and future) for the first party and her minor son Alankrit.
ii) In order to honour the above-said settlement, out of total amount of Rs.11,50,000/- (Rupees Eleven Lacs Fifty Thousand only), the second party/husband has paid to the first party/wife an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lac and Fifty Thousand only) by way of demand draft bearing No.079581 dated 13.05.2022 drawn on HDFC, Karnal (Haryana), in favour of Renu (first party) today in the Mediation Centre, which has been duly received by the first party in the presence of the undersigned Mediator.
