The challenge in the present revision petition is to order dated 08.09.2025 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Samalkha, whereby application filed by the petitioners under Order VII Rule 11 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (in short ‘CPC’) was dismissed.
