The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 BNSS is for transfer of investigation of the case/FIR No.100 dated 03.03.2022 under Sections 323, 341, 506, 294, 149 IPC, Police Station Sohana, District SAS Nagar (Annexure P-1) to the CBI with a further prayer that proceedings in the cross-case bearing DDR No.60 dated 03.03.2022, under Sections 323, 427 and 34 Police Station Sohana, District SAS Nagar, Punjab (Annexure P-6) be stayed.
2. The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner No.1-Parneet Kaur wife of Harwinder Singh (respondent No.6) got registered an FIR No.100 dated 03.03.2022 under Sections 323, 341, 506, 294, 149 IPC, Police Station Sohana, District SAS Nagar (Annexure P-1) against the private respondents No.6 to 13. In the said case, the report under Section
173(2) Cr.P.C. (Section 193(2) BNSS) stands submitted.
