Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the remaining amount of service-cum-retirement dues of the petitioner such as Pension, Gratuity, Provident Fund, Leave Encashment, benefits of ACP Scheme after completion of 32 years of years and all other benefits as well as amount of interest on delayed period, regarding which a legal notice dated

08.10.2025 (Annexure P-4) has already been served.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner served as a Sewadar in Municipal Corporation, Abohar and retired on 31.08.2025 and till date, his retiral dues have not been paid.

Even the Pension Payment Order has not been proposed.
