1. Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 483 BNSS is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.45 dated 30.05.2024, registered under Section 22 of NDPS Act at Police Station Mehna, District Moga.

2. Learned counsel contends that the petitioner, who is 58 years old, has been in custody for 1 year and more than 6 months.
