1. Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 483 BNSS is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.66 dated 23.06.2024, registered under Sections 22 and 15 of NDPS Act (Section 29 of the NDPS Act added later on) at Police Station Shambhu, District Patiala.

2. Learned counsel contends that the petitioner has been in custody since 12.03.2025. He alleges false implication. His name surfaced based on the disclosure statement of co-accused Amanpreet Singh and Arshpreet Singh and from the vehicle, they were travelling in, the alleged recovery of contraband along with drug money was effected.
