These two appeals bearing FAO Nos. 4704 of 2003, and 4705 of

2003 arise out of a common award dated 22.08.2003 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ambala, whereby two claim pe22ons emana2ng from the same motor vehicular accident were decided together.
