1. Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.85 dated 22.05.2020, registered under Sections 148, 149, 506, 302, 201 IPC, Section 27 of the Arms Act (Challan presented under Sections 302, 148, 149, 506, 201 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act), at Police Station Anaz Mandi, District Patiala.

2. As per prosecution story, the petitioner alongwith co-accused committed the murder of Shamsher Singh, brother of complainant Devinder.

Hence, the present FIR.
