1. Present Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner- defendant under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, impugning the order dated 18.07.2025 (Annexure P-6), passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Sunam, allowing the application filed by the respondent-plaintiffs under Order VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short, ‘the CPC’) and permitting the respondents to amend the plaint.
2. As per the impugned order, the trial Court has permitted an application for amendment of the plaint on the ground that the suit is at the initial stage and the amendment sought does not change the nature of the suit. Recording the said reasons, the respondent-plaintiff was permitted to seek for amendment of the agreement in question that the Khewat numbers were wrongly mentioned and the relief sought for specific performance
