Vide the present common order, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of all the above-mentioned writ petitions together, as they involve identical questions of law and similar factual matrix.

The present bunch of petitions, being squarely covered, are hereby allowed in terms of the judgment dated 23.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-26643- 2025 and other connected cases titled ‘Manoj Kumar v. State of Haryana and another’.

Accordingly, in view of the settled position and for the sake of consistency, the present writ petitions are allowed in the same terms and with the same directions as issued by this Court in CWP-26643-2025 and other connected cases decided on 23.12.2025.

All pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.

A photocopy of this order be placed on the file(s) of the other connected case(s).
