The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 482

BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 236 dated 24.11.2025 under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 190, 191(3), registered at Police

Station Sadar Jagraon, District Ludhiana Rural, Punjab.

2 Contention

On behalf of the petitioner

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been

falsely implicated in the present case. It is contended that a perusal of the FIR would reveal that the sole allegation against the petitioner is that he is alleged to have inflicted a single blow with a khanda on the left-hand fingers of the
