The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 482 of

the BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with FIR No. 302 dated 06.11.2025 under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 61 BNS registered

at Police Station Kaithal Sadar, Haryana.

On behalf of the petitioner

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegations

against the petitioners pertain to a financial transaction of Rs.13,50,000/- which the petitioners deny stating that they have no connection with the complainant or
