1. Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.17 dated 10.1.2025, under Sections 21-B(II)C and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station City Bahadurgarh,

District Jhajjar.

2. The gravamen of the FIR in question is that the petitioner is an accused of being involved in an FIR pertaining to NDPS Act involving 10 injections make Leegesic and Rexgesic NRS Buprenorhine 2ml allegedly found in the possession of co-accused, namely Ankit @ Anku, and the petitioner has been nominated, in this case, on the disclosure of said co-
