1. Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 483 BNSS is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.666 dated 08.08.2023, registered under Sections 302, 120-B, 147, 148, 149 IPC, at Police Station

Barwala, District Hisar.

2. Learned counsel contends that the petitioner has been in custody for 2 years and more than 4 months. He alleges false implication.
