1. This order will dispose of the above-mentioned 19 appeals as common issues of law/facts arise in all the appeals. A common order dated 05.06.2025 was passed by the Appellate Tribunal in RERA Appeal Nos.92, 100, 101, 103, 108, 110, 112, 113, 121, 122, 123 and 129 of 2025.
