1. The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.729 dated 16.11.2020 under Sections 323, 34, 506 of IPC (324 and 307 of IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Palla, District Faridabad, Haryana and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise/settlement deed dated 31.10.2025

(Annexure P-2), which is stated to have been effected between the parties.
