1. This petition has been filed by petitioner – Bank aggrieved by non-execution of order dated 31.05.2022 (Annexure P-4) passed by Additional District Magistrate, Bathinda (respondent No.3), u/s 14 of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act,

2002 (in short, ‘SARFAESI Act’).

1.1 It is not disputed at the Bar that SA/249/2025 filed by borrower (respondent No.5 herein) assails the auction of one of three secured assets,

which were mortgaged to cover the defaults in common loan account.

1.2 From the record, it also appears that SA/249/2025, which is pending for 22.01.2026 before DRT – I, Chandigarh, only relates to challenge

to the auction of one of three secured assets and does not pertain to order passed u/s 14 of SARFAESI Act.
