Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of the order dated 10.11.2025 passed by the Court of learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Samana, whereby the objections filed by the petitioner/judgment debtor against the execution petition filed by the respondent/decree holder have been dismissed as not maintainable in Execution Petition No. 91 of 2022 titled as “Jaspal Singh versus Shisha Singh”, pending before the

learned Executing Court at Samana.
