1. Present Regular Second Appeal has been filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 17.12.1993 passed by the learned Lower Appellate Court, whereby the appeal filed by the plaintiff Ruldu Ram was allowed, the judgment and decree dated 03.04.1991 passed by the learned Trial Court were set aside and the suit of the plaintiff was decreed, whereas the learned Trial Court had

dismissed the suit of the plaintiff Ruldu Ram.
