2. Prayer in this petition under Section 482 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.194, dated 15.08.2025, under Sections 318(4), 61(2) of BNS, 2023,
registered at Police Station Sadar Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran.
The power of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. is to be exercised in exceptional cases, and custodial interrogation may be necessary for effective investigation in certain cases.
