1. The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) seeking grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR No.006 dated 20.03.2024 registered under Sections 420 and 406 of IPC at Cyber

Crime Police Station, Rewari.

The aforementioned FIR was registered on the basis of a complaint submitted by the complainant-Pankaj Saini alleging that through Facebook link, he came into contact with one Schroders Capital Institution Trading Services Company (for short “Company”) and was induced to make investments in stock market on the premise that he would be earning handsome profits.
