1. The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0095 dated 20.05.2021, registered under Sections 307, 34 and 459 IPC, at Police Station Majitha, District Amritsar Rural, Punjab and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of the compromise dated 21.04.2024

(Annexure P-2).
