1. Present petition under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in DDR No.40 dated 16.07.2025, under Sections 115(2), 118(2), 3(5) of BNS arising out of FIR No.57 dated 08.05.2025, under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 3(5) of BNS,

registered at Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar.

2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State

counsel and have gone through the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that one FIR bearing No.57 dated 08.05.2025, Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar Rural was got registered by co-accused Akashdeep Singh for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 3(5) of BNS against Jawalar Singh, Gurpreet Singh, Joginder Singh and Kanwal Kaur, who had assaulted them including petitioner, while armed with brick, stone a
