Present 2nd petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.137 dated 8.9.2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21-C/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘NDPS Act’) at Police

Station Special Task Force (STF), SAS Nagar (Mohali).

2. The gravamen of the allegations against the petitioner is that he is an accused of being involved in an FIR pertaining to NDPS Act involving 500 grams of heroin allegedly recovered from the petitioner and his co-accused on 8.9.2024 in the area near Sohal Car Wala, Sultanwind
