1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 14.08.2025 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge, Senior Division Nihal Singh Wala, whereby, the application filed by the respondent/defendant for amendment of the written

statement has been allowed.

Petitioner/plaintiff filed a suit for declaration claiming transfer of electric motor connection in the name of respondent/defendant as illegal, null and void and not binding upon the petitioner and petitioner be declared to be co-owner to the extent of 1/2 share in the electric motor connection with consequential relief of permanent injunction restraining respondent/defendant from causing any hurdle in use of electric motor connection for irrigating his fields as per his turn.
