Introductory Facts :The present regular second appeal has been

preferred by the defendant against the concurrent findings recorded by the

Courts below.

2. The suit for possession based on inheritance, rela(cid:19)ng to the property in dispute, was ins(cid:19)tuted by the plain(cid:19)ff – Smt. Gurcharan Kaur (now represented through her legal representa(cid:18)ves). The suit was decreed by the learned Trial Court vide judgment and decree dated 30.11.1992, and the appeal filed by the defendant–appellant Hardayal Singh (now represented through his legal representa(cid:18)ves) was dismissed by the learned First Appel-
