1. Instant petition under Section 528 read with Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of interim bail to the petitioner for a period of 04 weeks in case FIR No.159 dated 27.06.2025 registered under Sections 21, 25, 29, 61, 85 of the NDPS Act at P.S. Sidhwan Bet, District Ludhiana on account of his wedding.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner deserves concession of interim bail as his marriage which was earlier scheduled on 25.10.2025 could not be solemnized as he was arrested in the present case and now the same has been postponed to 28.01.2026. He submits that pre-wedding ceremony i.e. Shagun is also fixed for 27.01.2026.
