1. The present civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking setting aside of the impugned orders dated 09.12.2025 (Annexure P-9) and 03.01.2026 (Annexure P-10), passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Guhla, District Kaithal, whereby conditional warrants against the petitioner have been issued.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents/plaintiffs had filed a suit for specific performance of the agreement to sell dated 29.03.2016 and the said suit was decreed vide judgment and decree dated 09.12.2024. Aggrieved by the said judgment and decree, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the learned Additional District Judge, Kaithal. He further submits that there was a delay of 104 days in filing the appeal, for which the petitioner has filed an application for condon
