1. The substantive prayer made in the present appeal reads, thus:

“It is therefore respectfully prayed that the appeal may kindly be accepted and the order dated 09.12.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gurgaon may kindly be set-aside and the complaint may kindly be restored to its original number and the respondent be convicted under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act in the interest of law, justice and equity.”
