arate ejectment pe(cid:28)(cid:28)ons concerning the same premises.
2. In both ma)ers, the pe(cid:28)(cid:28)oner before the Rent Controller is the same landlady, namely Smt. Anisha Modi (respondent herein), whereas the re- spondents before the Rent Controller, namely, Lalu Ram @ Lallu Ram and Raj Kumar (pe(cid:15)(cid:15)oners herein), are tenants occupying two separate rooms in the same property.
