1. The present petition has been filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 alleging that ‘issuance of a speaking order dated 09.06.2025 (C-2) signifies a deliberate action done with an evil intent or with bad motive or purpose and is covered in the settled law by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and amounts to be a contempt of court.’ It has been stated in the petition that the speaking order (C-2) does not comply with the order dated 12.03.2025 (C-1) passed by this Court in CWP-6885-2025.

2. Briefly the facts relevant to the present lis are that the petitioner herein along with others filed a writ petition being CWP-6885-2025 which was decided by this Court vide order dated 12.03.2025 (C-1). The operative part of the order dated 12.03.2025 reads as under :
