1. The present civil revision petitions have been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to issue appropriate directions to Civil Judge, Junior Division, Chandigarh to expedite the hearing and disposal of Civil Suit No. 1942 of 2022 for recovery for a sum of Rs. 4,24,60,989.81 being arrears of rentals, GST, damages in respect of Plot No. 42, Industrial Area, Phase-2, Chandigarh being the share of the petitioner alongwith interest @ 18% from the date of its accrual till payment and to decide the same within a stipulated time frame which is now pending for 02.02.2026.

2. It is submitted that the civil suits i
