Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.148 dated 22.09.2025 registered for offences punishable under Sections 109, 132, 221, 121(1), 265, 191(3), 190 of BNS 2023 at Police Station Sadar Batala, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur.
