1. Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of the impugned order dated 03.10.2016 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned CJM, Amritsar, in a case FIR No.396 dated 09.11.2015 vide Rapat No.45 (cross version) dated 09.11.2015, under Sections 326, 323 and 324 IPC, vide which the petitioner was declared proclaimed person.

2. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has submitted that the petitioner was in judicial custody in another FIR in District Jail, Jammu since 20.06.2016 and thereafter, he shifted to District Jail, Kangra where he remained incarcerated till 29.04.2024 until he got acquitted by learned ASJ, Circuit Bench at Dharamshala.
