1. This common order shall dispose of the aforementioned two petitions which have been respectively filed by the petitioners Suraj Singh and Danish Gill under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”) for grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR No.217 dated 28.10.2023 registered under Sections 302, 379B(2), 120B, 34 of IPC and Section 25, 27 and 29 of Arms Act at Police Station Civil Lines, District Amritsar.

2. Brief facts relevant for the purpose of disposal of these petitions are that the aforementioned FIR was registered on the basis of statement recorded by the complainant
