The prayer in this 4th petition under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 is for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No.124 dated 21.03.2022 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 20/20-C/27A/29/61 of NDPS Act at Police Station Sadar Hansi, Police District Hansi, District Hansi.

2. The brief facts of the case are that Surender, Ramratti and Saroj were apprehended with 150 Kgs Ganja @ of Rs.2000/-. They disclosed the names of Soni @ Sandeep, Balbir Singh and Rajesh alias Sansi. Soni @ Sandeep, subsequently disclosed the name of the present petitioner-Ramkali. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He contends that the name of the petitioner figured in the disclosure statement of her co- accused. Pursuant to her arrest, no recovery whatsoever had been effected.
