1. Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 27.11.2025 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nakodar, vide which the bail granted to the petitioner in terms of order dated 14.12.2018 (Annexure P-2) was cancelled, personal bonds, surety bonds were also cancelled and forfeited to state. His presence was sought to be procured through non-bailable warrants.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was falsely implicated in the aforesaid criminal case. Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar vide order dated 14.12.2018, granted the concession of interim bail to petitioner. Pursuant thereto, he had been regularly appearing before the Court concerned till 29.10.2025. However, on 29.10.2025, the case was adjourned to 27.11.2025 but on account of some misunderstanding in noting down the next date of hearing, petitioner could not app
