The prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.0265 dated

27.09.2022 under Sections 147, 149, 307, 427, 506 of the IPC, 1860 (Sections 325, 120-B of IPC added later on) and Sections 25(1-B) (a) of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Bhondsi, District Gurugram Haryana and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 25.08.2025 (Annexure P-4) arrived at between the parties. Vide order dated 29.09.2025 this Court had directed the parties to appear before Illaqa Magistrate for getting their statements recorded with regard to the compromise dated 25.08.2025 (Annexure P-4).

The Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court was to submit a report in this aforesaid regard giving certain details as enumerated in the said order.

Pursuant to the order dated
